CMS Controls was founded in 1971 to provide in-house technical solutions utilizing open platforms. The Nashville CMS Controls office officially spun-off from Demand Mechanical on September 2nd, 2023 to provide in-house building automation solutions for organizations in the state of Tennessee.

Our group specializes in customized applications for commercial buildings, critical facilities, movie industry, institutional and industrial HVAC systems.  Our solutions utilize a product agnostic approach - the focus is to build a user experience with a flexible interface able to incorporate any system within building automation. We challenge ourselves to continually push the boundaries of our technologies ensuring results are always on the leading edge.  

Our ‘single point of contact’ approach provides customers with a clear path for communication and this is noted from onboarding through final project turnover.  CMS Controls is a subsidiary of Service Logic and provides us unfettered access to a full team of controls engineers, mechanical, electrical and project engineers and HVAC service technicians, as well as one of the industry's leading mechanical construction firms.

With our fifteen-year affiliation using Niagara based solutions, CMS is recognized as one of the first certified Niagara integrations within the state of Tennessee.
